Die psychologischen und physiologischen Reaktionen, die durch warme Farben ausgelöst werden, darunter erhöhte Erregung, wahrgenommene Wärme und gesteigerter Appetit.
Research in environmental psychology has demonstrated that warm colors (red, orange, yellow) produce measurable physiological effects: elevated heart rate, increased skin conductance, and heightened arousal. Restaurants frequently use red and orange because warm colors stimulate appetite. Retail environments use warm colors to create urgency and encourage impulse purchases. In digital design, warm-colored call-to-action buttons consistently outperform cool-colored ones in click-through rates. However, prolonged exposure to highly saturated warm colors can cause fatigue and irritability, so they work best as accents rather than dominant environmental colors.
